Traumagenic VS endogenic systems. Traumagenic systems are systems built upon truama, meaning trauma is what directly caused the systems. Endogenic systems are systems caused by things other than trauma. Often you'll see people saying endogenic systems aren't "real" systems, this is false. While yes, some endogenic systems are caused by forcefully making yourself a system, not all of them are, and even if they all were they'd still be systems and VALID systems too at the end of the day. It doesn't matter much as to how someone became a system really, these labels only say whether or not trauma caused your system. Judging based off of these lables is wrong, even if it's common practice. It doesn't matter how someone became a system, they're a system nontheless and should be treated with kindness
